Nintendo 3DS

Nintendo 3DS (abbreviated as 3DS) is a new generation handheld game console. It was developed and produced by Nintendo, first released in Japan on February 26, 2011. Only a month later, 3DS was available in Europe and North America. Over 70 million 3DS units have been sold worldwide. It was considered to be the best mobile gaming device until the Nintendo Switch launched in 2017 and took this title.

Nintendo 3DS is considered a perfect upgrade for the old DS series. It is worth mentioning that it is fully backward compatible with its games. Especially the ability to create three-dimensional effects that could not be found in any other console at the time. 3DS users can connect with each other via Nintendo Network.
